to a variety of natural obstacles including creek crossings, fallen timber, rocky hillsides ,a varied landscapes and wildlife. Exploring the hills offers many different routes,

some for more adventurous riders

who wish to go deep into the backcountry and less extreme loops for those who would relax and enjoy the scenery. Whether you consider yourself a novice or more advanced rider this adventure,

surrounded by supportive friends,

will help you and your horse grow.

After a half day or full day of riding the trails, crossing creeks and all the beautiful scenery, you will come back to camp to enjoy a very delicious home cooked meal prepared by our very own Francis Jerry, Michelle’s husband. This is the time you can enjoy a nice campfire, relax, discuss your day with your fellow riders and make new, long lasting friends.

" I just spent 5 days out here at Hell Canyon Horse Camp, with Heart and Hooves and their team. What an incredible experience. We went riding up and down hills, over creeks, bush wacked through the woods. It was great.  We had fantastic meals. Everyone was very helpful. I would come back in a minute.  Highly recommend. "

Kelli Archer

"My week at Hell Canyon Horse Camp has been very beneficial. Getting him (Pecos) out there and experiencing different things, bonding with him, getting closer. Every day taking care of him, getting out and riding him everyday. And then we also found some holes, so I know I have some stuff that I can go back and work on. Michelle has got that all planned out for me. Thank you."
